The concept is the city of Ankara itself.

The history of the city, the present situation and views of the city will be displayed.

Visitors are welcomed into a waiting hall displaying large scale animated and illuminated city models.

The second hall is a foyer with a large holograms presenting information to the visitors,

This will be followed by the 360 Cinema hall and an exit foyer with  gift and souvenir shops.

The building consists of a steel structure dressed with suitable facade panels and sound installations.
